Dan says: I am a retired businessman and have been involved in local politics for forty years. I am a former British international judo player and I now teach school children judo as well as anti-bullying and stranger awareness classes. I’m interested in all sports and leisure provision for all ages.
I serve as a District Councillor at North West Leicestershire District Council where I sit on the Planning Policy Development and Audit Governance Committees as well as the Leicestershire Highways forum. I am a very active councillor and I look forward to working with Parish Councils and members of the public to help make this county division a better place to work and live in.
